Open 336 - Parkassociati

In Milan's Bicocca district, an area undergoing major redevelopment that celebrates its industrial heritage, the Open 336 project, designed by Park Associati, stands out as a manifesto of responsible and sustainable architecture. The office building, an urban regeneration project, was conceived with the ambitious goal of being a Net Carbon Zero property, placing the well-being of its users at the centre of the design vision.
This environment, designed as a natural extension of the outdoors, is suspended between post-industrial references and high-tech aesthetics. Here, ceramics play a fundamental role in defining the spatiality and quality of the surfaces.
The flooring in the reception area, in particular, is made with the SET GEM collection by Ceramica Sant'Agostino. Inspired by the evocative decorative motif of Scarpiano, the ceramic surface fits perfectly into this material dialogue, conveying a sense of refined simplicity and continuity with the heritage of the place.
