Pursuant to the provisions of art. 13 of European Data Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) we inform you that Ceramica Sant’Agostino S.p.A will use your data to fulfil the request to send out the newsletter and the relative registration on the mailing list for direct marketing activities, newsletters, sending promotional, commercial and advertising material, or related events and initiatives, also with inclusion of said data in the data controller's CRM system, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and the provisions of law. The provision of your personal data is always optional, however, in the absence of the data marked as "compulsory" on the above form, it will not be possible to provide the service. You may object to processing at any time by using the link at the foot of the e-mail, or by sending a request to the Controller, using the contact details provided in this policy.

Your personal data will be processed by paper, IT, telematic, cookie ( as indicated on cookie policy available on website) and through automated calling systems (e-mail). Every processing takes place in compliance with the procedures pursuant to articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR, with the adoption of the security measures envisaged. To compare and improve, where necessary, the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems to send newsletters and promotional communications with reports. Thanks to the reports, the Data Controller will be able to know, for example, the number of readers, openings, single "clickers" and clicks; details of emails sent by date/time/minute; details of emails delivered or not delivered; the list of people who have cancelled their subscription to the newsletter; those who have opened an email or clicked on a single link; link tracking (i.e. the number of clicks on the links in the message); click tracking (which links have been clicked and by whom). All data of this kind will be used for the purpose of comparing and improving, if necessary, the results of communications.

Your data will be processed by duly authorised staff and will be disclosed to companies acting in their capacity as Data processor for the proper management of the relationship as agents, platform used for sending commercial information, external companies involved in the management of marketing activities and, for maintenance and support purposes only, to companies involved in the management of hardware and software systems.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data subject


1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if said data is yet to be recorded, and the disclosure of said data in an intelligible form, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

2. The data subject has the right to receive the following information:
a) the source of personal data;
b) the purposes and processing methods;
c) the logic applied in the event processing is carried out by electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, of the processors and of the appointed representative according to art. 5, para. 2;
e) the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of said data in their capacity as designated representative in the country, as data processors or personnel authorised to process personal data.

3. The data subject is entitled to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, if interested, the integration of data;
b) the erasure and transformation into anonymous form of any unlawfully processed data or data blocks, including those whose retention is not required in relation to purposes for which data were collected or successively processed;
c) certification that operations specified in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, together with their content, to the people to which data has been disclosed or provided, unless this proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected;
d) data portability.

4. The data subject is entitled to raise a total or partial objection:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data concerning them, even if pertaining to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or making direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or sales communications
